A Manifesto for Love

We come home to our beautiful selves.

We know deep, deep within ourselves that our power is here with ourselves in this very moment. We recognize that we are the ones that know what’s best for us. We pay attention to our amazing, wise selves. We show up with love and tenderness and openness. We remember our divinity, our innate goodness, our truth.

We tend to ourselves.

We pause and notice what’s here. We meditate and practice being aware of what’s going on, without judgment. We break the habit of self-criticism and create new neural pathways. We lean into the mystery and the magic that’s here at any moment. We ground in our own power.

We honor how far we have come.

We become intimate with our own journey. We accept where we are right now in this moment and honor all of what’s come before — with compassion, wisdom, and gratitude.

We live from the inside out.

We think for ourselves. We know what truth feels like in our bodies. We remember our freedom. We connect with our inner peace, calm, and love. We know that the only way to truly show up for others and impact the world is to show up for ourselves first.

We create beautiful relationships with ourselves.

We have our own backs. We allow ourselves to fail and start again. We trust ourselves deeply. We are gentle with ourselves.

We heal.

We feel what’s here. We allow our trauma, our programming, our conditioning to make its way through. We show up for ourselves as loving partners.

We open our hearts.

We allow others to be just as they are. We love deeply and we love ourselves even more when we can’t love. We create strong boundaries as an act of love to ourselves and others.

We remember our divinity.

We remember our powerful connection with divine spirit. We harness this power and strength to co-create beautiful lives.
